Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and saute for 30 - 60 seconds.
Add spiralized zucchini and saute for 3-5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add mix-in's, such as fresh spinach, fresh basil, cooked spaghetti, cooked meatballs, cooked shrimp, or cooked chicken sausage. Use tongs to combine over medium heat.
