Healthy Store-Bought Energy Bars
Here is an easy way to choose healthier energy and granola bars at the store. Look for at least:
  • 3 grams of fiber
  • 4 grams of fat
  • 5 grams of protein
  • <6 grams of sugar (per 100 calories)
  1. Store in your pantry and purse and enjoy as desired. I recommend limiting to once a day and pairing with fresh fruit or veggies when possible!
