Kid-Approved Green Smoothie

 Serves: 6 small drinks
      - 12 ounces 100% apple juice (or try 2 cored and peeled apples and 8 ounces water)
  - 3 large kale leaves, stems removed
  - 3 frozen bananas
  
      - Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender and puree until smooth.
