This kid-approved green smoothie got the thumbs up at a local Elementary school!

Serves: 6 small drinks
  • 12 ounces 100% apple juice (or try 2 cored and peeled apples and 8 ounces water)
  • 3 large kale leaves, stems removed
  • 3 frozen bananas
  1. Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender and puree until smooth.
