You would never believe this strawberry smoothie has a squash in it! What's more? It's packed with gut-friendly probiotics and nutrient-rich chia seeds. And, of course, that frozen banana helps give it extra sweetness and creaminess.

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 yellow summer squash, diced and frozen (about 1 heaping cup)
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 cup vanilla filmjölk or kefir
  • 1 cup plain filmjölk or kefir
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy!
