Muesli with Yogurt and Summer Berries

This summer berry muesli makes a delicious start to the day but is perfect as a mid-morning or afternoon snack too! Filled with fiber and bursting with flavor, it's sure to be a new favorite.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup muesli
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (if not already in muesli)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek or Skyr yogurt or cultured milk
  • 1/4-1/2 cup plant-based milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, etc.

Instructions
 

  • Mix together the muesli, chia, yogurt, and plant milk.
  • Optional: Let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes if you want the oats to soften up and the chia to soak up some liquid and make it more like overnight oats.
  • Top with berries and enjoy!

Notes

Want it a little sweeter? Add a drizzle of honey or use vanilla yogurt for all or part of the yogurt.
