Baked Maple and Cinnamon Pears
These baked pears with maple and cinnamon make a fantastic dessert or even breakfast. Serve them with plain Greek or Skyr yogurt and granola for a satisfying treat.

- 2 ripe (but not overripe) pears
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 1 pinch cinnamon
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut pears in half. Slice a sliver off the underside so that they lay flat. Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds.
Place on the baking sheet and drizzle each with about ½ teaspoon of maple syrup. Sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon.
Bake for about 25 minutes or until soft and lightly browned on the edges.
Enjoy while warm with suggested sides.
