- Combine beans, garlic, lemon juice, and sea salt in a small food processor. Pulse to combine and then process until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides as needed. Serve right away or transfer to a container with a resealable lid and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Just before serving, thinly slice tomatoes with a serrated knife and use scissors to snip chives into a small bowl.
- Spread dip onto each cracker and then top with a tomato slice and a sprinkle of fresh chives.
