I have always bounced around between the latest “fad” diets and ways of eating. Sitting down with Maria made me realize that this isn’t necessary and that eating sensibly while borrowing a few “lessons learned” from each of my experiments, was the way to go. She was able to give me, and our family, a number of helpful tips and tricks to take the stress out of meal planning and preparation.
