This family favorite dark chocolate bark is so easy to make and has something for everyone. Really.
“I don’t want nuts on mine.”
“Can I put cranberries on mine?”
A Topping for Everyone
Making chocolate bark is easy. Making one that the whole family agrees on can be more challenging. So why not let everyone “decorate” a portion. This also works well when you are serving the bark as dessert and don’t know what your guests prefer. Or, if you are like me, and can’t decide!
We divided ours into thirds. One featured dried cranberries, another chopped almonds, and the other freeze-dried raspberries and almonds. One topping we all agreed on? Salt. So a bit of course salt was sprinkled all over. This family-favorite dark chocolate bark has a little something for everyone! Click To Tweet
No Baking Required
If you’ve never made chocolate bark, you will like how easy it is, and there is no actual baking required. Simply choose some high-quality dark chocolate. We like to use one that’s between 60-70% cocoa–you still get a lot of the nutritional benefits of dark chocolate, but it’s not too dark.
