Maria Adams, MS, MPH, RDN, LDN
Maria is a Marblehead, Massachusetts-based nutrition consultant, college instructor, food blogger, and recipe developer. She provides one-on-one coaching services for individuals and families, teaches nutrition at Endicott College, and consults at a local nursing home. She has written and edited hundreds of health and nutrition articles for online and print publications. She has also done regular freelance work for the weight loss app LoseIt! Maria also co-developed the recipe and meal planning site, CooksAid, with a colleague from Tufts.
Maria earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Science from Cornell University and completed a dietetic internship at the University of Connecticut. She earned a Master of Science in Nutrition Communication at the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University and a Master of Public Health from the Tufts University School of Medicine.
When she’s not cooking, writing, or reading up on the latest nutrition research, Maria loves to run, practice yoga, “edit” her house, savor a cup of coffee, get outdoors, and relax with her family.
